APPLICATION
· Clean well the mould.
· Mix with water before using,dilute rate1KG release agent mix with 8~12KG normal water.
· Mould temperature: 50-70degree.
· Spray using nozzle gun diam 0.3 mm.
· Tank pressure 0,8 -1 bar.
· Air pressure 2.5 bar.
· Spray the release agent directly into the mould.
· After spraying the release agent dry it with air,and clean by cotton.
